Athina Wholesale Policies

These policies apply to all wholesale purchases from Athina.

1. Eligibility & Accounts
   • Access for approved retailers only; approved accounts are tagged “wholesale.”

2. Pricing, MSRP & MAP
   • Wholesale prices exclude taxes, shipping and duties.
   • MSRP at retailer’s discretion unless MAP is specified.

3. Minimums & Pack Size
   • Standard: MOQ 6 packs (default pack 2-2-2, S-M-L)
   • Plus Size: MOQ 3 packs (1-1-1 = XL-1XL-2XL)
   • Some styles may vary; see product page notes.

4. Orders & Changes
   • Orders confirmed when payment is received or prepaid invoice is completed.
   • Changes/Cancellations: within 24h for ATS; 48h for pre-orders.

5. Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order
   • ETA is listed on each product.
   • New items typically 4–6 weeks from the upload date.
   • Deposits may be required (30–50%). Partial shipments may occur unless you request ship complete.

6. Lead Time
   • ATS: ships in 24–48 business hours.
   • Pre-Order: follow the product ETA; timelines may shift due to production/logistics.

7. Payment Terms
   • Prepaid only. Net terms are not offered.
   • Accepted: Credit card, Shop Pay, bank transfer.
   • Orders ship after payment is cleared.

8. Shipping & Pickup
   • UPS only for parcel shipments (domestic & international).
   • Pickup available by appointment.
   • Local cargo delivery within service area—contact us for rates, lead time, and scheduling.
   • Freight is prepaid & add unless a UPS collect account is provided.
   • Risk of loss transfers at carrier pickup; duties/taxes are buyer’s responsibility.

9. Shortages, Defects & Damages
   • Inspect shipments upon arrival; claims within 5 business days of delivery.
   • Email info@athinacollection.com or web@athinacollection.com with order #, style/colour/size, qty affected, and photos.

10. Returns / RTV
    • Wholesale sales are final. Returns accepted only for authorised manufacturing defects; a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.

11. Taxes & Resale Certificates
    • Provide a valid resale certificate for tax-exempt purchasing; otherwise sales tax applies.

12. Backorders
    • We may backorder shorts unless you request cancel backorders on your PO.

13. Use of Images & Branding
    • Approved retailers may use Athina product images to market purchased goods. Altering logos/labels or creating derivative designs is prohibited.

14. Force Majeure
    • We aren’t liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
