Pre-Order Policy
At Athina Wholesale, we are excited to offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order our exclusive styles before they are officially released. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your desired items and be among the first to receive them.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
To confirm your pre-order, a 30% deposit of the total purchase price is required. This deposit secures your item and guarantees that it will be reserved for you. The accepted methods of payment include credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

Order Fulfillment
Your pre-ordered items are expected to be available by ETA date listed on the item. Once your items are ready, you will receive a notification to complete the remaining balance of 70% before the items are shipped to you. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team at web@athinacollection or call us on our office 213-205-8982. Kindly note that the 30% deposit paid at the time of placing the order is non-refundable.

Changes to Orders
Should you wish to make any changes to your pre-order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please be aware that changes may result in additional costs and are subject to availability.
